Brown cover with red leather binding on the edges and the spine. Contains school board meeting minutes, teacher contracts, district family information, and other records. 
2 2017-16-15B Letter "Resolution For Issuance of School Bonds and Sale Therefor," printed by the Geneseo Independent District No. 6 school board in April 1913. The several page resolution covers the issuance of $2500 in bonds to cover building and furnishing a new schoolhouse, and is signed by the district president and district secretary of the school board.    The resolution is glued to the page and has a paperclip affixed in the top right corner. Connection to 2017-16-55: 55 has a draft of the notice for the special meeting to vote on issuing these school bonds. 3 2017-16-15C Letter A draft of a notice for a special meeting of the Geneseo Independent School District No. 6 district on June 22, 1914, written by C.T. Mitchell, district secretary of said district. The draft is written on a torn sheet of notebook paper and dated June 12, 1914. 4 2017-16-15D Letter "Resolution: Appropriating funds for the erection and furnishing of a schoolhouse," printed in August 1914 by the Geneseo Independent School District No. 6 school board. The resolution details the number of bonds to issue, who is purchasing them, and where the bond paperwork is to be kept.
5 2017-16-15E Letter “Resolution Regarding Abandonment of Schoolhouse Site,” from Geneseo Independent School District No. 6. One white page with type. Official notice that the school district is turning an abandoned schoolhouse site over to a local landowner.
