A mortar and pestle from Mexico called a molcajete (A). This piece is made of a rough, bumpy stone that contains various shades of gray. The bottom of the molcajete has 3 legs to hold it up. Included with molcajete is the tejolote (B) which is the teardrop-shaped tool used to actually grind the food. Additionally, the object is heavy and on the bigger side.
