Skirt has 3 flared panels in front and center back seam. Center back placket; 2 eyelets on waistband. Fitted set-in sleeves have length-wise pleat which releases fullness below elbow. Fullness also added by shape at cutting. Shaped cuff has hook & eye closure. Contour pleated cummerbund & rosette; self-fabric. 2 rows of 3" bias ruffles at hemline match ruffles in yoke.
