Two-piece. Exaggerated hourglass, "Gibson" silhouette. Bodice has deep yoke with insertion lace & ruffles. Lace set in with design. 1 1/2" fabric and lace stand-up collar. Skirt gathered to 21' waist. In 3 tiers, each fuller & gathered to the one above. Back hem 5" longer. Center back placket. Very full set-in sleeves; gathered at bottom to fitted 7" long "cuff" which has insertion & lace edge. Opens in back with 9 hooks & eyes & snap at waistline. 5 pin tucks at skirt joinings. 2 wide ruffles with pintucks along bottom of yoke & over shoulder. Cummerbund 22 1/2" long x 5" wide gathered to 2' at sideseam. Gathers reinforced with herringbone. Hook & eye fasteners. Sketch on catalog sheet. a-c.
