Sailcloth or Poplin six wedge shaped pieces to form curved crown, seams underlined w/1/2" tape and topstitched 7/8" wide bias sweatband. 1 3/4" at front to 3/4" at back. Slants downward instead of horizontally - over cardboard base so its stiff. Top stitch seams in crown, covered button on top where wedges meet. Discolored yellow. Color: WH
