Closefitting sleeves with three rows of tucks above elbow; 5 rows below. 1 1/2" lace edging at wrist. Skirt eased to midriff with clusters of 1/8" tucks. Slightly flared. 2 5/8" hem. 8 rows of tucks continued under decorative detail. Back opening, 23" long has hooks & eyes & button fastenings.
