Seam at waistline with flared skirt 11 1/2" long has pleat at each side front and slant flapped pockets each side. Center front 8 button 1" diameter fabric covered and snap and hook and eye closure opens all the way down the front. Set in 3/4" sleeves. B.) Belt: Fabric covered belt with buckle.
