Embroidered needle case. The base of the case is a tan color, with the thread being various shades of blue. It's folded into three parts. There are two patches stitched on the inside. They are stitched with dark blue thread - the outer patch being a tan felt and the inner patch being a cerulean color. The patches are stitched to the outer case by the corners.
