High mandarin collar; V-waistline & lace at collar & around shoulders & row of ruching around shoulders. Center front opening closes with hooks & eyes, left over right sides. Leg of mutton sleeves, very full at upper arm, fitted at elbow & below; lace at cuff. b. Full 6-gored skirt fitted waistband and closure at center back.
