Blouse has a turtle neck with insert of open work through the center of collar, at base of collar and three rows in yoke that comes to a V in front starting at center of blouse and out to each side there are 15 very fine pin tucks in the middle, four 1/4" w pin tucks, seven very fine pin tucks, four more 1/4" pin tucks followed by a 3/4" pleat held sheeet at the shoulder with three 3/4" fabric covered buttons starting 1" below shoulder seam on down spaced 2" apart. Center back closure with 2 hook and eyes on collar and 9 down back. Four 1/8" pin tucks are on each side of back. Waist is slightly gathered and stitched down with a tape reinforcement on the back side of fabric. Long sleeves have a gusse underarm. End of sleeve is finished with upper part gathered on top side to a fitted wrist 5 1/2" h closure at waist with 2" placet helt sheet with 2 hook and eyes. Yoke has French knots in black spaced 1 1/4" apart. B.) Skirt has an adjustable waist using large hooks that go into metal eye rings. There are pleats in center front sewn down from waist 2 1/4". Skirt has five gores with two rows of 6 1/2" ruffles that has smocking at the top of ruffle and two small pin tucks one inch from bottom of ruffle. A 3" ruffle is on the bottom of skirt. There is a ruffle made of cotton fabric sewn on underside of bottom of skirt. It is 10" h total counting the 2 1/2" h ruffle sewn on the bottom edge. The skirt is 42" l x 65" w at bottom.
