Cloche style winter hat. 4 1/2" deep. Felt base with feathers glued on above velvet band (2" wide). Lined with crinoline; 7/8" wide sweatband. Brim is 2 1/2" at side, 1 3/4" center front and 1" at back. Brim turns down slightly. Covered with feathers. Feathers and velvet; edge of brim is bound with black velvet and adds decorative detail.
