Full A-line style ice blue colored dress. V neckline, midriff yoke 1 snap top, 2 hook and eyes and 3 snap fasteners on left side placket that is 8" long. Floor length full A - line. 3/4" leg - o -mutton, smocking at shoulder. Pleated fabric around neckline and bottom of sleeves. Rose colored velvet ribbon 7/8" wide attatched to bottom of neckline in a bow with ends going down the front of the dress to the bottom of the skirt. Small holes in left front bodice.
