Navy blue rectangles with tan boarders and lettering are present on all sides except for the back of the box, which is tan with navy lettering and features a chart and images explaining how to use the product. The box is open on the top and there are two pieces if tape that appear to have once held it closed. There is a faded black stamp on one side that reads 13¢.
