Short set in sleeves, 6" center front neck opening. 3/8" covered button and button loops extend to waist, lapel and collar. Circular skirt has side seams only. 3 horizontal bands of corded scallops at 5 1/4", 12 1/2" and 20 1/2" below waist. 1" hem has seam tape edge, machine blind hemmed.
