Flaps near wrist of long sleeves with one button, back yoke. Box pleat and two pleats each. Buttons at side seams. A 24" long belt fastens to side buttons to go around front of jacket. Underside of stand up collar is velvet with hook and eye closure. B.) Skirt: Long A - line, front smaller than back. Welt seams 12" left placket has snaps and hook and eye at top. 1 7/8" wide x 10 1/2" long flaps from waist on vertical slant diagonal worked li holes. Grosgrain waistline facing back.
