He creates two-dimensional, nonobjective pieces using spray paint, oil, collaged paper, and variations of metal and mixed media objects. Strong lines are a characteristic of Wolter's style. Metal screens, layered texture, airbrushed designed elements. Included with the object are four three-inch nails with wire wrapped in a rectangular style creating a 3-D dimension. Art is available online. Silent and Strong was selected at the College Hill Arts Festival, Cedar Falls, Iowa, through the Catherine Haynes Memorial Quasi-Endowed Fund. |
