Heavy navy blue trousers, wool; bell bottom cut; large button flap front closure, thirteen (13), anchor design, navy buttons; two (2) front waist slash pockets; lacing at center rear waist; blue cotton cloth lining; interior marked, "HEALEY". b. Middy blouse, navy blue (black) fine wool material; short waist style; yoke reinforcement at center chest; slash left breast pocket; left side zippered closure; rear neck flap, single white stripe on sleeve cuffs; three (3) white stripes on all sides of neck flap; diamond shaped navy blue wool cloth patch, golden eagle design on upper right breast (denotes honorable discharge from U. S. Armed Forces); black satin lining; interior right zippered pocket; interior center back slash pocket; interior right label, "Joe the Navy Tailor, Uniforms A Specialty, Oakland, Calif."; blouse is not standard U. S. Navy issue, rather tailor made to order. c. Middy blouse, U. S. Navy enlisted man's World War I issue; heavy navy blue wool material; long waist style, drawstring bottom; reinforcement yoke at center chest; upper left breast slash pocket; rear neck flap; double (2) white stripes on sleeve cuffs; three (3) white stripes on all sides of neck flap; black plastic, anchor design, navy buttons (2) on cuffs; unlined interior; interior right button flap pocket; no rank insignia
