This mask is from Sri Lanka. It is probably a Raksha mask, which is used in festivals and cultural dances in Sri Lanka. This mask sports a turban on the head of the mask, patterned in diagonal red lines and green crosses. The face of the mask has two large bulging eyes that are painted yellow, red, and black. The mask has high eyebrows painted thinly over the eyes. There are eye slits underneath the eyes. The nose of the mask is large and features painted lines and nostrils. The mouth dons two large white buck teeth surrounded by the rest of the pink lips and mouth. There is a large black mustache with yellow lines painted over it above the mouth. The sides of the mask are present with multiple carving marks, almost like a turtle shell.
