Letter from Hings, Hayden, and Eldredge, Inc. (a book publishing company in New York City) to Miss Aletha Jacobs of Dows, Iowa, dated Oct. 26, 1921. It reads, "Dear Madam: Your favor of the 24th at hand and we enclose our catalogue herewith covering our complete list. We still have some copies of "The Virtues and Their Reasons" and can supply it at $1.25 per copy, postage extra about 14c." A red booklet titled "Educational Publications" was sent with this letter, documented under 1986.4.298A.
