Baby's anklet. A thicker metal piece is curved into almost an oval. Small, round silver pieces of a thinner piece of metal are welded to the thicker piece. 11 round bells are attached to the smaller band. At the opening, the metal becomes flat rather than round. Each bell has a slit and two small holes.
