Strung. Outside face decorated with series of 12 white bars painted perpendicular to the long axis of the bow starting at one tip (the superior/upward end?). Each white bar is between 1/4" to 1/2' wide. Below these, an irregular black tarlike compound covers the outside face of the bow to approximately its median. The white bars extend further down the bow beneath the black compound. A light colored fibrous material has intemittently adhered to the black compound. Bow string is 1/4" wide resilient fiber knotted at both ends. 1-2" at the median shows wear. From each top of the bow a finer reed-like binding wraps the bow. This binding is approximately 2' wide. The outside face of inferior/downward end of the bow is undecorated & rough. The entire inside face of the bow is smooth & polished. Color: BR,TN,BK,WH
