1997.17.5 (Clock, time recording)

Three parts. A. Clock. Round red case with chrome rim on face swivels back and forth in red metal stand attached to clock at sides. Lever protruding from chrome rim reads "START" on left and "STOP" on right, stamped into chrome. Face reads "Aristo TIMER". Left side of dial marked "Basket ball", right side "Football". Outside of dial marked in red, increments of 5, from 5 to 60. Inside of dial marked in black. Right side has numbers 15 - 1 in upper half, 15 - 0 in lower. Last five minutes marked in a red wedge from center of dial to outside. left side, starting at bottom, marked 10-0, then 20 - 0. Two hands, a wider black one with an opening down the center, and a narrower red one. Back has three controls to turn, and a slot with a lever: marked at left "S" and at right "F". Paper label gives directions for setting. Bottom of clock has adhesive tape patch marked "WRA 4". bottom of holder has paper label with model number and a hole designed to permit hanging of clock on the wall. B. White styrofoam box bottom. Has "ARISTO" stamped in relief. Depth of bottom varies. Clock, when in position, extends above top edge of box bottom. C. Box lid. Red with white printing. Back panel gives directions for operation of clock and for releasing box lid to gain access to clock. Written in ink on top "9/72". Color: RD,SL,WH
