Wide ovoid, flat paddle carved in one with cylindrical handle. End of handle carved into plain 4" knob, cylindrical in shape. Paddle is trimmed with pattern of red dots. Marked in pencil by the collector "From Indian River tribe east of mountains near Bogota.
