Dress (A) and headwrap (B). Fabric is hand tie-dyed, mottled blue with bursts of red centered with black. a. Dress is floor length, unconstructed, with scoop neck and extended shoulders. Made of one length of fabric seamed at the sides and folded crosswise to form shoulder line. Narrow turned up hem at bottom, sleeve edges and neckline. Chain stitich machine embroidery in white and yellow forms yoke 8 - 10" wide. Fabric in this area underlined with nonwoven interfacing. b. Headwrap. Same fabric, with narrow machine-stitched hem at ends, selvedge on both sides, and center seam the entire length.
