The certificate is intact for three years from the date upon registration. Issued at Des Moines, Iowa on the 15th of February 1939 by Jessie M. Parker, President Board of Educational Examiners. Back of certificate is left blank but can be filled out by the county superintendent. Document is also stamped embossed with seal of Educational Board of Examiners from the state of Iowa. c.
