2020-13-24 (Pin)

Button used by the National Association for the Study and Prevention of Tuberculosis (Currently the American Lung Association) as part of their educational health program for children in grades 3, 4, 5, and 6th grades. This group was established around 1915 by Charles M DeForest and encouraged children to live healthy lives. If they did this, they could earn different ranks.

This pin shows the image of a knight holding a shield with the red double bar cross emblem of the association with "Modern Heath Crusader 1920" written around the edge.
