This 50 cent Instructor's Handbook, "Seatwork for Primary Grades," was published by F.A. Owen Publishing Co., Dansville, N.Y., in 1935. As a part of the "Instructor Handbook Series," this was specifically made up of ideas for seatwork for teachers to give to their students. "Sylvia Brockschink" is handwritten on the top of the front cover. Paperback, yellow covers, bound with three staples, 96 pages.
Sylvia Brockschink Schulte attended school near Norway, Benton County, Iowa, in the 1930s before attending Iowa State Teachers College in 1939. She went on to be a rural schoolteacher in Iowa.
