2021-2-53 (Protractor)

This is a large metal and plastic protractor used in the Price Lab or Northern University High School. The base is metal and there are three rulers attached to a clear circular measuring tool. Two of the rulers are long, one is green and the other yellow, and the third is shorter and orange. There is a circular measuring tool engraved onto the protractor and slits around the circle. This was made by the "W. M. WELCH SCIENTIFIC COMPANY" in "CHICAGO" and that information is also engraved onto the front, as are the words, "Patent Pending". It is held up by four black circular feet.
