Metal bell with metal clapper. Most likely made from Brass. Dome shaped with flared base; a rectangular piece of metal with a hole through it has been welded to the top/crown of the bell, a gold cord with a tassel on each end (1 orange, 1 green) has been tied through the hole. The clapper consists of a metal ball attached to a thin metal rod which has been twisted and hooked around a metal loop attached to the inside top of the bell.
