Varsity letter from Zwingle High School in Otter Creek township, Jackson County, Iowa. Letter is in the shape of a 'Z' and made out of chenille fabric. It is yellow with a purple border, four horizontal purple stripes in the center, a purple circular design at the bottom, and a red fabric backing. Zwingle High School was active until the 1960s, when it was absorbed into the nearby Maquoketa school district. The Zwingle school colors were purple and gold, and their mascot was the Zippers.
