ww) Photograph of a soldier in front of a building. Front side is labeled with "May 8, 1945 V-E Day". The back side has paper transfer and the number 57 written on it in pencil. The stamp on this printing paper is for "Gevaert Ridax", a Belgian photograph printing company. A piece of pink paper has more information about the photograph handwritten on it and is in the source file. It says: "I am all dressed up to march in the V-E-Day parade downtown Le Harve. they drafted everybody from 3rd class down to march. over. I have no idea where they got the boots."
