Object 2024-3-12 is two parts. Part A is the sword and part B is the sheath.
A) Georgian Khanjali. Three grooves on both sides down the blade. The handle has black scrollwork and black stone inlaid. Accompanies the formal male supra dance costume (2024-3-23). Worn around the waist. Used as part of the ceremonial dance. These type of daggers were used by Georgians during the Roman Empire era, but now are traditionally significant.
