Major portion of blouse front and back consists of cut-out designs in cotton revealing contrasting color beneath. White and pink rick-rack included in design on back, white and blue in front. Top color red; others orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, black. 1-inch band of printed, striped heavy cotton (muslin?) around bottom of blouse; colors pink, medium blue, chartreuse, and white.
