At the top of the plaque is a metal relief style plate with, "Northern Iowa Golf Classic" and an image of a man swinging a golf club. The UNI logo is cut out on either side of the metal plate and yellow felt is attached to the back behind the logos. Each name plate has the year, school. and name of the winner along with their final score and the school's overall score. One name plate, for year 1990, is missing.

Backed with a piece of yellow felt.
48	2017-7-38	Plaque	PLaque for the Lady Indians of University of Lousisiana at Monroe. For the Mardi Gras Classic in 2001 as Consolation Champions. Two softball players engraved in gold at the top of the plaque and two theater masks engraved in the middle. Red plastic piece held down to the wood by golden screws.
49	2017-7-39	Plaque	Award letter for Mary Bernhardt being selected for the GTE Academic All American Team by COSIDA. Her name, school, major, and other information is printed in black as well as the signatures of the GTE employees. Paper is topped with grey band and gold text with the rest of the text being grey. Gold emblem of GTE printed in the lower right corner. Paper held in place between two pieces of plastic and screws on each corner.
50	2017-7-4	Stick, Hockey	UNI '76 Singed wooden field hockey stick with blue handle. Blue , white, orange, brown, and cream colored stripes along the end. Black electric tape seperates each stripe. Length is covered with heat wrap.
