Below on front cover is "ACCOUNT NUMBER" stamped, and "121" written in ink. Inside front cover are pencil marked calculations. Bottom of first page describes bank and its amount of security. Following two pages are blank. Record of deposits begins on following pages. Below bank title and title of account are columns for Date, Deposits, withdrawals, Interest, Balance. The first deposit was made March 18, 1916 for $242.13. Record fills seven pages of book. All have receipt torn from perforated base of the columns.
