Waist is slightly gathered and stitched down with a tape reinforcement on the back side of fabric. Long sleeves have a gusse underarm. End of sleeve is finished with upper part gathered on top side to a fitted wrist 5 1/2" h closure at waist with 2" placet helt sheet with 2 hook and eyes. Yoke has French knots in black spaced 1 1/4" apart. B.) Skirt has an adjustable waist using large hooks that go into metal eye rings. There are pleats in center front sewn down from waist 2 1/4". Skirt has five gores with two rows of 6 1/2" ruffles that has smocking at the top of ruffle and two small pin tucks one inch from bottom of ruffle. A 3" ruffle is on the bottom of skirt. There is a ruffle made of cotton fabric sewn on underside of bottom of skirt. It is 10" h total counting the 2 1/2" h ruffle sewn on the bottom edge. The skirt is 42" l x 65" w at bottom.
