It states that Aletha was a member of the Pennsylvania State Education Association from 1959-1960. Signed by the president, A. N. Addleman, and the executive secretary, H. E. Gayman. The paper has a brown marbled design and a brown torch icon in the center.

The card was printed in red ink and has a lot of ornamentation, including many illustrations of children, a man holding the American flag, a man reading to a child, and a church.
