This mask is from Mexico and is possibly a Juan negro mask. It resembles a man and is entirely painted brown or black. The mask features black carved sideburns, a mustache, and hair. There are eye holes for the mask wearer, and two smaller holes above the nose. The nose is large and carved from the wood, no nostrils. The mouth is slightly smiling but is not fully open. This mask has carved ears. There is a hole in the center of the forehead and two on the cheeks.
