The heart-shape has been cut out so that on the front it appears that the bear is looking at its reflection, but when the card is opened, it is of a bear in swim trunks underwater. The inside of the card reads, "You've got me Topsy-Turvy! I don't know what to do! I'm in deep, I'm simply sunk- and all because of you! I'm bubbling with affection, ((in case you haven't guessed!) So let me be your Valentine Because I like you best!" and in the bottom right corner, "From Dwayne Petrgecka." The back of the card has the GB brand, which is a bell with the letters "GB" on it.
