Homemade card from a student to their teacher. The front reads, "Sorry to see you go." The inside reads, "You have been a fine teacher, and I am sorry to see you go. You are going to live on a farm. Love, Susan Inman." All text is handwritten in multicolored crayon. The back features a drawing of a bride and groom, with "Congragalations" written under it. The card is a white piece of paper folded into fourths. It is part of a larger collection in an envelope labeled "May 1961, Third Grade students, Vinton Iowa", which contains several pieces of art from students wishing Miss Holland luck on marriage but they're sad she was moving away.
