Homemade card. The cover is decorated with a tree, chicken coop, and two chickens _ one white, one red. It reads, "To Miss Holland." The inside simply features a red heart that says, "I love you," signed by a student, Thomas. The card is a white sheet of paper folded into fourths. It is part of a larger collection in an envelope labeled "May 1961, Third Grade students, Vinton Iowa", which contains several pieces of art from students wishing Miss Holland luck on marriage but they're sad she was moving away.
