Metal steamer pot with lid. Base has two handles on opposing sides, under each handle is a welded seam; the bottom of the base is attached via welding, there are 16 holes stamped through the metal in circular patterns radiating out from the center. The lid is slightly dome shaped and has a rim that fits into the pot to create a better seal and a single handle welded onto the top center. There are several dents and scrapes in the metal as well as general discoloration. This object is made up of two parts, the base (5.8a) and the lid (5.8b).
