8148 RSC-Indiana-15 Certificate Certificate for honor roll, presented to Dollie May Thorp of District No. One, Liberty Township, Hendricks County, Indiana, on July 9th, 1906, for being neither tardy nor absent for 140 days as well as "sustaining a degree of scholarship." It is signed by the teacher, R. W. Kennedy, the county superintendent, G. M. Wilson, and a trustee, A. K. Gilbert. The certificate has a thick, red, decorative border as well as a highly decorated, blue-tinted banner at the top with two ribbons saying, "Public Schools of Indiana" and "Honor to Whom Honor is Due." It was printed by Wm. B. Burford, Lith. Indianapolis, Indiana.

It states that he completed "one-hundred sixty-four (164) years teaching experience in the public school and is entitled to exemption from supervised teaching." Dated December 24th, 1942, Indianapolis, Indiana. Serial No. 6676 E. Signed by Clement T. Malan, the State Superintendent of Public Instruction.  The certificate is green and all ink is in black expect for the serial number in red.

A small insert card tucked inside the front cover has the name of the one of the graduates, Inez A. Donahue. The first page explains that the event was held Sunday, June 2nd, 1946, 8pm, in the Holy Rosary Church in LaMotte, Iowa. The second page lists the class roll, patron, motto, colors, and flower. The covers are white and the front has a small metallic sticker depicting two graduates. The booklet is bound with a gold ribbon. 
8190 RSC-JA-17 Booklet Commencement announcement for the Zwingle High School class of 1944 in Otter Creek Township, Jackson County, Iowa. Commencement was held Thursday, May 25th, at 8pm in the Community Hall. The booklet lists the class motto, colors, and flower. The class roll lists Don W. Schwartz, Robert P. Kaiser, Grace M. Wirtz, Robert C. Denlinger, John D. Johnson, Jr., and Justin Laughlin. The cover is white and has embossed detailing as well as two embossed soldiers in the center. It is bound by a red chord with a silver tassel.
